Shipping terms

1. Shipping

1.1 Shipping is exclusively within Germany and to other EU countries.

1.2 Unless otherwise agreed, shipment shall be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. The customer may request shipment to himself or to another person. If the delivery fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the costs of a new shipment.

1.3 In the case of orders placed on BartelsRieger websites, the goods will only be dispatched after receipt of the full purchase price and, if applicable, the shipping costs. For other orders, shipping shall be effected in accordance with the agreement and/or order confirmation. In cases of force majeure or labour disputes for which BartelsRieger is not responsible, the delivery time shall be extended by the duration of the hindrance. If the delay lasts longer than 2 weeks from the order date, the customer is entitled to cancel his order.

2. Shipping costs

2.1 Germany

2.1.1 Online sales channel/processing channel (orders on BartelsRieger websites):

Order value under EUR 500: Flat rate shipping EUR 4.49.

Order value over EUR 500: free shipping.

2.1.2 Other distribution channels/dispatch processing (Other orders):

Order value under EUR 500: Flat rate shipping EUR 10.00.

Order value over EUR 500: free shipping (excluding dangerous goods and special transport costs)

2.2 Other EU countries

2.2.1 Online sales channel/processing channel (orders on BartelsRieger websites):

Order value under EUR 500: Flat rate shipping EUR 13.95.

Order value over EUR 500: free shipping.

2.2.2 Other distribution channels/dispatch processing (Other orders):

Shipping costs are calculated according to expenditure and will be communicated by order confirmation.

3. Delivery times

3.1 Orders on BartelsRieger websites

Germany and other EU countries: within 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday except federal and regional holidays) after receipt of payment.

3.2 Other orders

The notification of the delivery date is made via the order confirmation.
