Sustainable, flexible and cost-effective - plug-in filters are connected to suitably standardised masks with a reusable filter housing via an RD40 standard thread connection to DIN EN 148-1. Coarse dust pre-filters extend the operating times in heavily contaminated work areas.
We offer plug-in filters of different filter classes in three areas: Gas filters, particle filters and combination filters.
The gas filters protect against vapours of organic compounds with a boiling point higher than 65 °C (A), inorganic gases and vapours (B), sulphur dioxide (E) and ammonia (K). Our range includes filters that cover each performance range individually and a multi-range filter that covers all performance ranges (A, B, E and K) simultaneously. All our plug-in filter gas filters comply with gas filter class 1.
Particle filters are divided into three classes. Class P1 particulate filters protect against inert fumes, mists and dusts. Class P2 particulate filters protect against fumes, mists and dusts of low-toxicity substances. Class P3 particulate filters protect against fumes, mists and dusts of toxic substances. Our product range offers plug-in filters for protection classes P2 and P3.
Combination filters combine the protection of a gas and particulate filter in one product. Plug-in filters can only be used in combination with a filter housing on breathing devices with a standard thread connection.
