Mobile breathing air supply
Product training for our mobile breathing air units is designed to train users in the correct use and maintenance of the products. The course includes an overview of the products, an explanation of how they work and how to maintain them. The mobile breathing air products are: Breathing air cylinder trolley, mini breathing air container, TAV portable breathing air supply, AIRSAFE portable breathing air supply. A certificate of attendance will be issued upon successful completion of the course.
Aim
The participant acquires knowledge in the correct use and care of mobile breathing air supply systems.
Who should attend
Operators and persons responsible for the care of respiratory protection equipment (e.g. works fire service, respiratory protection workshop, emergency services)
Training content
- Design and operation principles
- Theoretical fundamentals (risk assessment, medical screening, training/instruction)
- Theoretical and practical exercises on the correct use and fit of the masks (combination with other personal protective equipment / respiratory protection filters)
- • Applying the necessary maintenance and servicing measures, including practical exercises (maintenance intervals, visual, leakage and functional checks, cleaning and disinfection).
