Screw filter acc. DIN EN 14387-ABEK2Hg P3 with standard thread connector acc. DIN EN 148-1, for protection against organic and inorganic gases and vapours, hydrogen chloride, sulphur dioxide, ammonia, mercury and particles of harmful and toxic substances.
Each individually sealed in PE bags and packed in an outer carton.
In ATEX areas, these respiratory protection filters can be used in potentially explosive atmospheres of zones 1, 21, 2 and 22 if the following requirements are met:
- The respirator filters must be earthed via a dissipative mask and via the wearer's earthing with a leakage resistance <108 Ω.
- The respirator filters must not be used in areas where high charge generation processes are expected.
- The respirator filters must only be worn on the face mask and not on the belt in explosive atmospheres.
- The permissible ambient temperature must not exceed 70 °C, based on a temperature increase of 10 K in normal operation and in the event of a fault (zone 1 or 21) or in normal operation (zone 2 or 22) due to the activated carbon filter on the parts in contact with a potentially explosive atmosphere.
