Persons wearing respiratory protective equipment are exposed to enormous physical strain during operations. In addition, heavy equipment and increased respiratory resistance quickly bring even athletic people to their limits. For this reason, firefighters and other emergency services regularly undergo training with respiratory protective equipment in order to keep fit for operations. For this purpose, BartelsRieger has developed the fire fighting training filter.
The training filters simulate real service conditions with a combination filter of type ABEK2P3 at a volume flow of 65 l/min, with standard thread connection according to EN 148-1. The training filters are available with a standard Rd40 standard thread connection and in a positive pressure version with an M45x3 connection. They are also easy to clean and disinfect after each use.
In this way, you prepare yourself optimally for an emergency without having to use real breathing protection filters. This helps to reduce training and disposal costs, as well as helping the environment.
